Handmade Holiday Garland

I follow a blog called Bella Studio and she had a tutorial on her blog showing how to make your own holiday garland. With the right paper and some sparkle the garland is a fun way to add handmade touches around the house.

I used a square paper punch and sewed mine using black thread for a nice contrast! If you would like to see the tutorial check out Holiday Garland How-To

Tis' the Season....

I know its super early to be thinking Christmas but I can't help it. Every store I go into has Holiday cheer everywhere. And I love the Holidays! So, I started working on some projects to display AFTER Thanksgiving and thought I would give you a sneak peak! I have one other window frame like this that I display vertically and I have images from a vacation to Cape May. The windows have the cutest latches on the side!

Welcome to my blog! A long time blog follower, I finally decided I have some cool ideas and projects that I could share as well. I enjoy junking and crafting, hitting architectural salvage stores and local antique/junk shops. I recently moved to Bloomington, IN from Columbus, OH and have lots of time as I adjust to my new home. I love all advice and critiques whether good or bad, feel free to be honest, it only makes your designs stronger!
